Over 25? Think there's nowhere for you to go? Think again!

One of the biggest complaints from the 'Over 25's' in the Peterborough and immediate area is that 'Theres nowhere to go for our age group' - well here at XXI we've striven over the past 5 years to prove people who do say this wrong!!

 

It's taken a lot of hard work and sometimes we've thought that perhaps these people maybe right BUT  

with our newly refurbished cellar bar attracting new people every weekend then the word is finally spreading that there IS somewhere in Peterborough Centre that does 'feel right' for the 25+ crowd!!.

 

So, if thats you,and you've moaned in the past about lack of places to go then come and see us and let us prove you wrong! - you DON'T need to be a member - just a a nice person who is willing to support somewhere thats not catering for teenagers!

 

Our 'house'  is now open to all. You'll see that we now have our new name XXI above the doors

( Roman numerals for 21 - which is our address in Priestgate!!) 

 

We aim to appeal to the 25+ age range in the immediate Peterborough area and beyond. The doors will be open to ‘nice’ people who still want to go and enjoy themselves eating reasonably priced food, music that’s recognisable but not too loud on the ear and a choice of drinks that appeal to people who understand that a Vodka & Lemonade can be made by the barman and does not have to come ‘ready mixed’ in a bottle! - in fact, we're proud of our reputation for making the best cocktails in the City Centre - dont believe us? - come and try for yourself !!

We're open  Monday to Friday lunchtimes from 11.30am to 3pm and open from 

5pm to midnight on Thursday  

5pm to late on Fridays and 

7pm to late on Saturdays - there’s no admission charge during the week and it’s free to all for the front bar   - however,we''ve a great line up of events taking place at XXI and a modest entry fee will be charged on these nights - 

 

 

 

 
 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Over the next few months you’ll see various changes at XXI – all designed to appeal to the age range that we want to attract so if you’ve not been for a while and you’re currently bemoaning the lack of venues in Peterborough for the 25+ crowd then why not take the opportunity to reacquaint yourself with the ‘Oldest’ club in town – we think you’ll enjoy being friends with us again!!
